NEUVY COSMETICS is a family brand that was founded in 2021 by me, Barbara K. Scharrer. I have been working passionately in cosmetics marketing for more than 25 years and am now the mother of two beautiful boys, Maximilian (7 years) and Sebastian (8 months).

I have been working in nspiring and lively Paris for several years. I love my life here, but with children we decided to also enjoy time in the Burgundy countryside. My beloved partner Olivier is a talented emergency doctor and passionate father. He supported and enriched me greatly with the idea and implementation.

Max & Anabelle is my creative and innovative brand to share with you all the fantastic experiences with baby skin protection and insights from the Covid influences in our lives.

We really hope you love the pieces you purchased from Max & Anabelle, but if you are not happy and would like to return an item:

Please notify us if you'd like to return an item. within 14 days of your purchase. If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days of us being notified of the return.

To complete your return:

1. Please email info@maxandanabelle.com to let us know which items you would like to return.

2. Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging/secure postal box or bag.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
